I recently taped a short segment for Garden World Report, (Shirley Bovshow's new online garden channel). The episode was on Educational Gardens -- a subject near and dear to my heart!

CREATING A SCHOOL GARDEN:
A lot goes into creating an educational garden. This video shows the installation process for one school. The key is to have lots of volunteer help. It makes the world of difference.

I very much appreciate your comment. I also think it was great that the school made a video of the project. I should remind them to do a second video of the garden NOW. It is in full swing! I am sure other schools can benefit from it.
